Hassle-free 30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Not happy? Return your items, unworn and unwashed, within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange as part of our DQM Guarantee. For exchanges, contact us with the size/style you would like to exchange, and we will ship the exchange upon receiving the return items. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. DragQueenMerch will ship your exchange order free. Please contact Customer Service for an RMA# return approval before sending back any items to be credited. 

Extended Holiday Return Timeline

Orders between Nov 1, 2024 and Nov 30, 2024, are eligible for returns/exchanges by Jan 5, 2025.

Orders between Dec 1, 2024 and Dec 28, 2024 , are eligible for returns/exchanges by Jan 28, 2025.

Received Incorrect or Defective Item
Please send a photo of the item received to customerservice@dragqueenmerch.com with details of the issue. We'll fix it and get you a replacement right away. 

 

International Orders
The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns and replacement orders if the exchange is due to no fault of DragQueenMerch. Please review your order for correct sizing and refer to the Size Guides before placing an order.

Refunds will be processed when return items are received, and will reflect back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
